I know, I know, sorry about the lack of updates this weekend!  This is gonna be a long one, so grab a drink, sit back, and relax!  We were back in Canada this

On saturday I usually practice, but the only practice I got in was off-roading with my Dad in the rental car!  What a fun time that was!  You see, our tour guide, Giselle [The GPS] told us to go straight, instead of making a right.  We followed her instruction and it led us into the forest and through the trees...Literally!   Anyways the track seemed to be shaping up good and everyone was praying for the rain to hold off till Monday. 

When we arrived at the track on Sunday it looked awesome!  A bit muddy, but the track crew did a great job of getting the track in great shape!  I was stoked for today.  Not only was today championship day, but my friend Jenn, www.no1jenn.com came out to watch me get the #1 plate!  Well, I went out for practice and got my bike and myself all dialed in.  The track was pretty kewl.  The layout was fun and I really liked the whoops!  After practice and opening ceremonies, it was time to moto!  If everything went smoothly I could wrap up the championship in the first moto.  Thats just what I did!  First, let me tell you about my start!  It was the best start of my life!  I finally got the holeshot aboard my Orange Rocketship, KTM 144!  I pullled a holeshot for all the 2 STROKE fans out there! haha  I was so stoked after that, I could've pulled off and been happy with that!  I didn't though, I kept on.  I was going pretty good out front and then I fell.  Whitmore got by me and then with two corners to go I passed her back.  We had an awesome moto!  After the MX1 class, the womens podium took place.  It was awesome!  I am going to be on the Canadian Motocross Radio show tonight, just check out www.racerxcanada.com there you will find the link. 

I'm super happy with the way things went this season.  I had an incredible time up in Canada.  From the country itself, to the tracks, and to the fans, it was just amazing!  I'm very grateful for the opportunity I had to come up here and I would love to come back anytime!  I wanna give thanks to God, my mom and dad, the whole KTM Canada krew, Royal Distributing, Thor, Alpinestars, Parts Unlimited.  Till next time...Braaaaaaaaaaaap! 

The RTR Performance Moto School was a big hit.  Everyone had a great time.  We rode at Whispering Pines MX Track, which is going to be a round in the CMRC Nationals next year.  I’d like to thank Jamie for letting me use her bike at the school.  Keep your head up; you’ll be healed up before you know it!

I’m happy to say that after about 12 hours of driving, singing, and listening to Delilah on the radio, we made it to Edmonton!  The drive was long, but scenic.  We drove through the Northern part of the Rocky Mountains.  Just beautiful!

As I sit here on the plane typing, Father Joe and I are flying to Minneapolis, Minnesota then on to Vancouver, BC and finally to our destination, Kamloops, BC.  Anyways I am freezing!  It’s about 20 below in here!  Everyone is wrapped up in blankets like caterpillars in cocoons!  I can’t wait to get off of here! First, I’m bored out of my mind, there is nothing to do!!   I think NWA (no not the rap group) needs to invest in better travel accommodations; at least get some TV’s running on this thing!  I mean even eating could be some form of entertainment, but that’s right, they don’t give you snacks on here!  NWA does offer snacks available for purchase.  How does a bag of twizlers with a side of Pringls sound?  Sounds like a fat roll to me!  Lovely isn’t it?  The only thing that could be worse than being bored and having nothing to eat would be having a middle seat!  I guess I should stop my complaining. 

Okay, so what am I doing in Kamloops, BC you ask?  Well, let me tell you!  KTM Canada and RTR Performance get together each year and put on a moto school in Kamloops, better known in the Canadian scene as ''FruitLoops.''  Craig @ RTR Performance invited me to attend and help teach the school, along with the other race team members: Mason, Ryan, and Tim.  The school takes place today and I’m sure its going to awesome!  Big props to Craig at RTR Performance for making this happen!

Last but not least, congrats to my cousin Kevin and his wife Beverly with the addition to their family on July 13, Cole!
