This day in the month of March... Print E-mail
I haven't updated in a while, so I thought it would be a good idea to fill you all in, on the get-up-and-go life of J-RO. Let me first say that school is almost over!!  Only about 2 months left and spring

break is in 2 weeks! Yippieee! I will admit, I do like school, but I think I may have bit off a little more than I can chew by deciding to be a fulltime student. This means I am taking 13 credit hours! Which leads me to why I was not able to attend the Texas nationals at Lake Whitney and Oak Hill this year. You see, at the school I go to, Brevard Community College, they only allow you to miss three days of school. After that they throw you out. Yes, thats right its asta la vista, sia'nora, see you next semester. So I am paying to be there, but the school is going to tell me how many days I am allowed to miss. Go figure!

On another note, besides being busy as hell, if hell is actually busy? I have branched off on another path in my moto career. As well as doing moto I have added some GNCC events to my schedule. The first round was held in my hometown Melbourne, FL. Can you say Representin'! All my family and some of my homies came out to watch me kill it! The course was so sick! Rough as can be, nice sections of sand whoops, and not to mention all the palmetto roots! Those things are so slick! Anyways, I had a blast and after the long, grueling 2 hours, I was victorious! I won by 9 minutes!! I was so stoked! My friend Jenn did a pretty kewl write up of the event peep it,
www.no1jenn.com! Also, make sure and check out www.foxracing.com for a write up. Round number two was held in Washington, GA a few weeks ago. Can you say mud holes, super tiiiight woods, trees, trees, and uhh more trees! This was definitely a learning experience for me! I have never rode anything like this before in my life!! Let me just say any of you Moto er's out there, you have never ridden in mud until you have ridden one of these events. I'm saying some sections were so deep that you were just submerged in the mud up to your seat. Some sections I remember going through and seeing dozers having to pull people and their bikes out of the mud! It was unreal! I ended up with second. I think I could have a done a little better if I could have stayed off the ground and not hit as many trees!! Like I said it was a good learning experience!

There will be more of these (:

The past two weeks have been pretty good, just been motoin‘. Thanks to my uncle Tom [A.k.A. George Town] for helping me out with my bike the past 2 weeks, while my father has been in Texas!! Besides motoin’, I’ve been hanging out, doing school work, and lately me and a few of my friends have been mountain biking. Not too many mountains in FL, but about 5 miles from my house there is a pretty kewl 2 mile trail. Some real nice up hills, step-downs, doubles, and a few tables. That’s where you can find me residing besides the moto track! haha

Okay so I am going to stop writing my novel. Hope everyone has a Happy Easter! And congrats to my homie JP$ for your championsip in Texas!

       Till next time..

‘’haters gonna hate and I’m gonna make it with out you’’
